Regenerative Medicine
(exosome IV)

– Exosome Therapy –

An “Information Capsule” Born from Regenerative Medicine

“Exosomes” have drawn attention in regenerative medicine and oncology. These nano-sized vesicles are released by cells and act as messengers that carry RNA, proteins, and lipids between cells. Rather than infusing stem cells themselves, exosome IV therapy delivers the “signaling essence” released by stem cells into the body.

Who This Is For

  • Desire to support aging care from within
  • Persistent fatigue or reduced sleep quality
  • Concern about diminished skin firmness and elasticity
  • Wish to maintain cognitive performance (focus, memory)
  • Interest in regenerative approaches but prefer a non-invasive option to start

Exosome IV at Akira International Clinic

We use a high-purity exosome preparation extracted from the culture supernatant of umbilical-cord–derived stem cells, produced and quality-controlled at GMP-compliant domestic facilities. Administration is performed under physician supervision.

Key Components (examples)

  • Exosomes (intercellular signaling vesicles)
  • Growth factors (e.g., HGF, FGF, EGF)
  • Amino acids, cytokines, anti-inflammatory factors
  • Bioactive substances secreted by stem cells

Expected Benefits & Current Evidence

At this time, large-scale human clinical studies remain limited, and not all effects have been scientifically established. However, basic research, animal models, and selected clinical observations have reported potential such as:

  • Support for skin renewal (firmness, tone, texture)
  • Relief of persistent fatigue
  • Improved sleep and stress tolerance
  • Cognitive support
  • Easing of muscle/joint inflammation

Conceptually, this is considered to support whole-body homeostasis rather than “therapeutic regeneration” in the strict sense.

Safety & Notes

This is a self-pay therapy (not covered by insurance). Responses vary by individual, and specific effects cannot be guaranteed.

We use cell-free, domestically manufactured products designed to minimize infectious risk; nevertheless, temporary fatigue during/after infusion or mild local swelling at the injection site has been reported.

Treatment Flow & Typical Frequency

  • Initial Consultation (medical history and goals)
  • IV Infusion: about 30–45 minutes
  • Recommended Frequency: 1–2 times per month, adjusted to condition and goals
  • Combinable with other nutrient IVs when appropriate

As Scientists and Clinicians

We do not present this as a “finished” therapy;we offer it as promising, applied supportive care.Precisely because the science is evolving, we emphasize clear explanations and careful selection. We operate our own cell-culture facility and conduct research on stem and mesenchymal stromal cells.

At Akira International Clinic, we pursue exosome therapy together with our patients—honoring medical integrity as we explore an entry point to the medicine of tomorrow.
