How Your Visit Works
- Booking (Walk-ins Accepted)
Book online 24/7 or come directly. You can change or cancel from the booking page. - Online Pre-Visit Form (Recommended)
Takes a few minutes. Completing it in advance shortens intake; you can also fill it in at the clinic. - Check-in
We verify your ID (My Number Card, or your health insurance card) and confirm your current condition. - Examination & Any Needed Tests
The order may change depending on symptoms and crowding. - Payment
Online payment and a self-payment kiosk are available (credit cards, e-money, and cash accepted). - Follow-up
We share test results, arrange follow-up appointments, and review points to watch.
What to Bring
If insurance eligibility cannot be verified, you may be charged self-pay at the time of visit.
Important Notes
- Arrival: 5–10 minutes before your appointment time.
- Languages: Japanese / English. Please let us know in advance if you prefer English.
- Symptoms suggestive of infection: If you have fever, cough, etc., please indicate this in the online medical questionnaire or at check-in; we may adjust your routing.
- Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Insurance verification: If eligibility cannot be confirmed, you may be charged self-pay initially.
